About Agile and the course set-up

Agile way of working beats the traditional linear way of managing projects as well as developing products and services in this fast changing world. The main focus is on delivering value frequently to the customer and continuous improvement. Scrum is the most common framework that is inceasingly used by many organizations that are slowly adopting the agile way of working and mindset Scrum uses a series of shorter product development cycles to increase customer value, improve quality and increase self-organisation. This way of working, on the technical side, promotes continuous integration, rapid development, and continuous delivery.
